The Genesis framework supplies the core features such as application
security, ledger API's and investment features. Interwoven into each
sub system is the event process profile system that triggers automated
actions based on specified events.
The Administrator
Company and Trust administration, statutory document production, calendar
events. Full client ledger system with separately defined chart of accounts.
Invoicing, cash accounts etc fully supports active trading Companies and
Trust accounting.
Documents
Using industry standard Microsoft Sharepoint, TACS produces documents
and stores them into Sharepoint automatically creating all relevant metadata
and folder structures as defined by the Sharepoint storage template.
Timesheets and Sales
Timesheets are an integral part of TACS, handling standard charges
automatically with adhoc above and below the line costs.
Invoicing, credit notes and payments are all processed within TACS.
Self Service and the Internet
Customers can access their accounts directly from the TACS website. Using
electronic form fill, TACS can handle custom request forms which are
pre-populated to ensure submitted data is fit for purpose in the back office.
